Johnstone

Dr. Bruce Johnstone, Project Director, SUNY Distinguished Service Professor Emeritus in the Graduate School of Education at the State University of New York. Dr. Johnstone is an international authority on the comparative finance and governance of higher education. Dr. Johnstone has published extensively, and has served as a vice president of the University of Pennsylvania, President of the State University College at Buffalo, and Chancellor of the 64-campus, 400,000 student State University of New York System.

 

Project Manager

MarcucciPamela Marcucci, Project Manager. Pamela has a Masters in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh, and 12 years of experience with international agencies in program/project administration and conference planning. Pam is the overall project manager, coordinating the workflow, editing contributions, and writing certain of the country studies. She also handles budget and all official communication with both the University Office of Sponsored Programs Administration and the Ford Foundation and was the principal US coordinator of the March 2002 conference in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; the June 2003 conference in Prague, Czech Republic; the July 2006 conference in Nairobi, Kenya and the February 2008 training conference in Arusha, Tanzania.
