As a UB student, the following heath services requirements must be met:

Immunization

New York State law requires that all registered college students born on or after January 1, 1957, show proof of immunity against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella.

Medical Insurance

The University at Buffalo requires all full-time and international exchange students to have medical insurance coverage. Students may waive the plan by providing proof of comparable coverage and submitting a waiver by the due date of their tuition bill for the semester.

Please contact the UB Student Health Center directly if you have any questions at (716) 829-3316

You have your first semester of courses to complete the health forms. If you do not provide proof of immunization before your second semester of courses, a "freeze" (checksop) will be issued against your student account preventing further course registration.
