3. Tell Us About Your Hardware/Software Needs

Please let us know the type of software program you require. When we confirm your reservation, we will also confirm the software is available. This may take more than a week so please advise us as early as possible.

I will be using the following software:

Would you like students to store video files on the lab's hard drives? *
Yes
No

Remember to advise all students of additional course costs (software, CD/DVD) and the availability of free workshops at wings.buffalo.edu/itworkshops/schedule.html for students in your syllabus. You may also want to direct them to the GSE student technology resources webpage.

4. Tell Us About Your Access to the Classroom Needs

Although we secure all equipment, each semester a number of thefts occur in GSE. The more access we provide, the higher our rate of theft.

By checking the 'yes" box below you are requesting that all students in your class received swipe card access to the lab. This allows them to enter the lab unsupervised.
Please only check this box if your students absolutely need to use the room during non-class hours. I would like all of my students to have access to the lab during non-class hours: *
Yes
No

If you checked yes your students will have access by the third day AFTER drop/add to the last day of final exams (as per the official University calendar).
