Sandro M. Sodano is an Associate Professor and Director of the master’s program in Mental Health Counseling. He is core faculty in the APA-accredited combined doctoral program in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology. Dr. Sodano is Past-President (2013-14) of the Society for Interpersonal Theory and Research (SITAR). He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Vocational Behavior and he serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Counseling Psychology and Career Development Quarterly.

Dr. Sodano’s research focuses on vocational and interpersonal personality measurement and assessment with adults, adolescents, and children in particular. His clinical interests are in integrating assessment results within personal and career counseling, along with interpersonal approaches to counseling and psychotherapy.
